Service Pack 2 of Advance Steel 2012 is released!

We are pleased to announce the release of Service Pack 2 of Advance Steel 2012!

Service Pack 2 has a set of enhancements and provides the following advantages to users:

International catalogs additions: Advance Steel libraries have been extended for profiles such as Zed and C Australian sections.
More efficient modifications: The user can now modify all anchors in fewer clicks using the multi-edit function which now also works with anchors.
Detailing of complex beams: Polybeams (such as beams created from polylines) can be automatically detailed with an unfold representation and the correct display of holes and bolts which are part of them.
BOM on drawing enhancements: Service Pack 2 provides more choices to define the BOM on drawing template with new options such as creating formulas with divisions (“/”).
GRAITEC Advance manager: The tool which helps users to control all global settings and have a direct access to the databases of the software has been enhanced concerning the table editor.
General reliability: performance and stability updates.

ADVANCE Design 2012 Service Pack 2 is now available, offering users more than 46 improvements and corrections. See here the main features of this service pack.

Any customer under maintenance contract can now download Service Pack 2 from the GRAITEC Advantage website, or by directly accessing one of the following links:

– Download SP2 for 64-bit operating systems

– Download SP2 for 32-bit operating systems

The second service pack should be installed on the Advance Design 2012 SP1 version.

GRAITEC Advance 2012 Service Pack 1 is here!

Service Pack 1 of the GRAITEC Advance 2012 suite comes with a set of enhancements and provides a series of advantages to end-users. Any customer under a maintenance contract can now download Service Pack 1 for Advance Design, Advance Steel or Advance Concrete from the GRAITEC Advantage web site.

The first Service Pack for Advance Design 2012 offers more than 150 improvements and corrections. The main features of this service pack are for:

General corrections: exporting to Melody Attaches and Effel Structure;
Corrections and improvements to finite elements results post-processing;
Corrections and improvements to Eurocodes 1, 2, 3 and 5.

You can now download SP1 for Advance Design 2012 Here, according to your operating system (32 bits or 64 bits).

Service Pack 1 of Advance Steel 2012 comes with a set of enhancements, regardless of the CAD platform you are using, and provides the following advantages to end-users:

Improvements and updates for BOM and NC files;
Several corrections for joints and joint design;
Powerful set of enhancements for fast and efficient modeling.

For Advance Concrete 2012, more than 370 corrections and issues were analyzed and fixed with Service Pack 1, some of them sent by users. The main features of this service pack are:

Correction for modeling and drawings/layouts issues;
Several corrections for reinforcement options: representation style manager, reinforcement bars, bending details, etc;
Improvements to the Materials quantity Manager.
