Paris, France, February 26th 2015 – GRAITEC, international BIM, CAD solutions software developer, Autodesk Platinum Partner in seven countries across Europe and global Autodesk reseller, reports a turnover of 47.2 million Euros for the fiscal year ending December 31st 2014. This represents a growth in turnover of over 40% compared with 2013, with an EBITDA ratio of 7.5%. This increased revenue was achieved through organic growth and planned strategic acquisitions.

Project description:
The biggest exhibition hall in Central Europe with a free standing area of over 20000 m2 (steel frameworks of 2400 tons) holds a modern exhibition hall and a new entrance to the exhibition center. The steel load-bearing skeleton is composed by trusses with frame installations on both of its ends. The west-facade, made of glass supported by the steel sub-structure, represents the window-case in contrast with the simple geometry of the latest generation sandwich-panel cladding.
The analysis model used for the structure design was continuously updated with Advance Steel. The Advance Steel model was used for creating the steel structure documentation and also for creating the fabrication drawings of the steel structure, which integrate a significant amount of cladding sub-structure parts.
One of the main benefits of using Advance Steel for this project is that the tube diagonals were manufactured directly from the 3D model exploded to ACIS solids.
Also, the documents created with Advance Steel dramatically contributed to the short creation time required for this project.

GRAITEC’s presentation at the 2014 Autodesk University, this December in Las Vegas, was a great success, where almost 100 participants attended the class.

GRAITEC announces the User Meeting organized by its Czech subsidiary on December 11th, for the Advance users from Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia. The meeting will take place at hotel VIVALDI, Jihlava, Czech Republic.

GRAITEC, the leading, international software provider of engineering and construction applications, will be delivering a class at Autodesk University (AU2014), Las Vegas in December to unveil their new range of Revit performance extensions due to be released in 2015.

AU2014 is the ideal event to experience inspirational seminars on everything related to design and engineering and a great opportunity to introduce new technologies. As an innovative developer GRAITEC were invited to deliver a class at Autodesk University focusing on reinforced concrete design and detailing in Revit. Considering the opportunity GRAITEC decided to use this platform to bring forward the introduction of their new range of powerful Revit extensions, called Advance BIM Designers, only due to be released mid next year.

GRAITEC Advance BIM Designers combine analysis, intuitive modelling and automatic drawing and report creation directly from within the Revit environment.
